Where to repair Iwata Eclipse?

I just sent my Iwata Eclipse to the ****tland Office and they sent it
back saying the "internal seal is broken and it would cost more to
repair it than a new brush"!!  That seems hard to believe! Anyone know
where I could get it fixed?
