In 1952 Giorgio de Chirico sketched? a work 15 3/4 X 11 3/4 for stage =
design for Bonito's Mefistofele. Its sky is covered with celestial =
bodies and on the land below it is a strange creature with antennae =
standing on the land below the sky and it is looking out. It appears to =
be a painting about an extraterrestrial. Can anybody shed any light on =
this?
